At the time of premiership of Ein-od-Doleh Mozaffari was suppressed and its manager, Agha Mirza Ali Agha Labib-ol-Molk was imprisoned. His arrest was coincident with the forth year of the newspaper's publication. Sometimes later, with the mediation of Etemad-os-Saltaneh then the minister of publications, the newspaper was released from suppression. This matter has been printed in the issue no. 26, the third year of Chehre Nama which was published in Egypt dated under the title of " Lidings to the board of Education and Nationalists."

The director of Mozaffari after two years staying in Booshehr and the publication of the newspaper, in the time of Bombardment of Najlis and banishment of the freedom-loving from Tehran, escaped from Booshehr and went to India.
