Mahmud Mirza Hosseini

He became commander in chief of air forces, 1958. A year later, he married Fatemeh Pahlavi who had lately separated from his husband, Ali Hillier. According to the following records, he claimed that he had carried many fundamental changes in air forces and had tried to provide medical treatments for its staff in foreign countries. He points out to his motives in his choice to be pilot and that after thirty years of service; he had come to this belief that public service needs gentleness as well as boldness. He was a member of Physical Education Organization, Iranian National Airline, Inspector of Khorassan police departments and financial general manager of ministry of Commerce.

Field Martial Khatami died in a glider crash in Dezful, Sep.13^th 1975.
