As a matter of fact, the requirements of any society in any period are resultants of historical grounds and experiences, social structure, its potentials and its attitude towards culture, politics and economics and in some case the international situation. In other words, there is a sort of correspondence between the societies and social structures on one hand and their political requirements on the other hand. And sociologically, no society can require anything incompatible with its identity...”
